I personally also like original voices a lot better but saying it's a fail because it's dubbed? Germans were always the masters when it comes to dubbing. I havent heard a bad german dub yet.

Bob's version is WAY better, IMHO; Bob's voice is better for this blues-rock type of number. BTW, I think this ALF scene was supposed to be a tribute to/parody of the famous Tom Cruise scene in "Risky Business". I always liked the gag that SNL did on "RB" w/Nicole Kidman dancing around in her panties & lip-synching "OTR&R".

I remember watching ALF all the time while growing up. If I'm not mistaken, 'ALF' stood for "alien life form". Other than the fact that ALF liked eating cats, I really liked the show. The movie "Operation: ALF" was entertaining as well. -Equal rights for cats!!!-

The funniest part was when they started speaking German at the end. I know that the clip was just taken from the German dub of the show, but there was absolutely nothing in the video up to that point to indicate that, so it just came completely out of left field.
