Bhai kesi bate karte ho yaar… 47,600/- + 53% DA + 27% of HRA +3000 TA= 90K approx (without IT)… deduction of 7500/- for NPS etc.. over all the salary will be 83k (without IT).. in hand will be 77k approx after tax After a fitment factor of 1.98 (jo apne liya h) the basic will be 94,250/- and HRA @24% will be 23k+ TA of 5000/- = 1,22,000/- Deduction= 10,000/- for NPS etc After income tax in hand will 1,02,000/- The “real difference “ will be about 25k rs. Now this is when you have taken 1.98 as fitment factor but the 30% increase over basic + DA is not certain. It will hardly be more than 15% and it was only 12% in 2016 (basic + DA was 2.25 and final was 2.57 only) so if we take even 15% this time, the fitment factor is 1.8 at max. Now do the calculations again and you will see that this “25k” increase gets down to “12-15k” net. Of course tax and deductions can vary a per budget but at present scenario this is the real difference And THIS IS FOR 4800GP which is a group B gazetted post. Group B,C,D will have even less increase. So from current salary of 77k, one will get a salary of 90-92k in hand. The increase in reality is just 10-20% that too in a span of 10 years. Media and KZbin channels are unnecessarily creating hype. It will be effective only if fitment factor is atleast 2 which is not gonna happen. SALARY AND CAREER GROWTH KE LIYE BANK IS FAR FAR BETTER THAN SSC JOBS. SSC jobs are only good for a mediocre but balanced life. It depends on what one wants. But salary, growth and perks… these three are far far better than even the best jobs of CGL (except MEA)

Bhai ek bat batana tho bhul hi geye app agar bank apna target pura kar leta hai (jo ki hota hi hai) tho employees ko extra salary milta hai or ye extra salary bohot hota hai 10-15 din ka jo salary hota hai wo xtra milta hai. Or agar app k pass vault ki chabi rakhi hai , cash manage karte ho tho apko lagbhag xtra paisa milta hai monthly. Mere dost sbi clerk me hai uska in hand 42k hai xtra milake monthly 1 lakh k pass ho jata hai 😂😂
