There is a need for change in IBPS. Those people who get 90 plus marks should ignore their selection in CLERK exams. They are highly capable, talented. They are RBI grade b, UPSC. State PSC level candidates. Anyway they take multiple selection and they will definitely not going to work as clerk.

bro I think you should research more shift 4 is more complicated rather than 3 coz shift 4 arithmetic question is 15 and reasoning is also hard other shift arithmetic question is 1 but in 4 shift 15
