何度聞いたかわからないくらいの大好きな一曲です。お亡くなりになったことを知り・・寂しいです。中学生の頃、皆が教授推しという中、私は幸宏さんが大好きでした。髪型やファッションや、話し方をまね、蜉蝣など口ずさむませガキでした・・。サラヴァをレコードで聴き都会に憧れ、食い入るようにラジオで幸宏さんの声を聴いてました。時がたち、私もずっとやってきたフライフィッシングを幸宏さんが始めたと知った時はなんともうれしかった・・。雑誌でフライロッドと写る幸宏さんを見て一緒の空の下にいると感じられました・・。もう・・思い出は書ききれません。ご冥福をお祈りいたします。長文申し訳ありません。

ＹＭＯの全盛期だった中学生の頃、メンバーの中で一番好きだったのがユキヒロさんだった。 中学生だったから、レコードを買うお金も限られていたので、エアチェックに勤しんでいた中で聴いたのが、Drip Dry Eys。 NEUROMANTICの特集の放送だったと思うけれど、この曲があまりにも強烈で、この曲のためだけにアルバムを買った。 大人になって、好きなものが買えるようになってから、ＣＤを買い直して、今でもＬＰも両方とも持っている。 今日、ＭＶがあるのを初めて知った。 いつまでも色褪せない、素敵な曲。

「エアチェック」って懐かしいです。 私も小学校高学年くらいだったのでユキヒロさんのCDは大人になってから買いました。 今年（2024年）のユキヒロさんの誕生日に細野晴臣さんのｘアカウントで細野さんが選ぶ高橋幸宏プレイリストをポストされていまして、Spotifyで久しぶりに聴いたところでした。 メロディーを思い出すといつまでも頭の中でループして心地よいです。

もしかしてNHK-FMですかね。もしそうなら、自分もその放送を聴いてアルバム買いました。 確かDrip Dry EyesとSomething in the Airの2曲が掛かったような記憶が。もちろんエアチェックしながら聴いてました。 自分のお金で初めて買ったアルバムです。 ラジオを録音したテープは行方不明ですが、アルバムは今も手元にあります。ジャケットのアートワークが素敵な一枚ですよね。

40年以上前中学生の頃坂本龍一のサウンドストリートでエアチェックして以来カセットテープに録音していたのですが、引っ越しを何度もやっているうちに録音テープを紛失してしまい、最近仕事中に突然ドリップドライアイズの曲を思い出し速攻でKZbinを検索したら幸宏さんとサンディさんの曲に再開してまたあの頃のときめきがよみがえりました。🎉幸宏さんのカバーはシンセの音が好きでキュンキュンサウンドに夢中になり曲作りや音作りにかなり影響受けた曲ですね。 サンディの曲も幸宏さんの曲もどちらもときめきポイントがありいつか両方の曲をRemixしてみたいと考えています。
