In the UK, back when, these weren't rust proofed and rotted away, especially on winter with salt on the rosds.

There were manufacturing problems at the factory in the early days, plus Italian cars generally were not corrosion protected very well. Number 27 channel did a very good video on this. I am in the UK by the way! Cheers

That is one tidy bodyshell most were patches on top of patches when I saw them moted the floor pan repair should be seam welded mot tester may say something about it when time comes

The bottom of that car is about as good as you will find. The two pieces of steel that I let in were butt seam welded. I might grind off the welds you are refering to drill & plug the overlap so as to replicate the original spot welds. To be honest what I have done is strong enough. Cheers

its realy solid the one i got from matthesons sills floors all original just little rust on rear wheel arch and bottom front wing engine not running last taxed in 92 sub frames pretty crusty and battery shef looks bit rusty thats it exhaust is history wee best place for exhaust 1.5 are you selling your frame when your done with it

If you do an internet search you will find a few sites selling Alfasud parts specifically, there is no best place just wherever you can find them. I have been buying parts for mine when they come up. I'm not sure what I will do when I finish mine but I have only so much space and there are other cars I want to own. You should put some vids of yours on your channel. Where are you located?

To be honest I don't know. They used to be available as I bought some. Try looking around the Alfa specialists or Express Steel
