I still remember when I watched this series while I was little, it was dubbed in Malay, and I was able to hear this song in their original language...and to hear this song once again in full version sure gives me a reason to download it and save it in my phone. He's very talented, and it's sad to hear him passed away, but his legacy lives on... please, rest in peace, Koji Wada-san.

This is definitely my favorite opening. It kicks off so hard, you know it's gonna be a BOP. I don't know why there's just something about the instruments, the vocal, the suspense, the solo instrumental part at the end of the song after his last note that just gets me everytime. Like you know the show is gonna be awesome without watching it yet. Plus, season 2 was the best season! RIP to Koji Wada, you blessed the world with those gems!

I like digimon better than pokemon, in pokemon you just have a guy running aroung gathering badges and saving pokemon from a group that steals pokemon. in digimon you have 7 children saving the world from evil.trial and error spread across episodes. I hate when people say digimon copied pokemon, pokemon should copy digimon have emotion, backstories. I also feel like I don't know enough about pokemon to make this opinion. but what did ash do when he was a child? I love Digimon! R.I.P Koji Wada

I can understand if someone didn't like it due to the ending of 02 (even though I enjoy 02 a lot, the ending fight against BelialVamdemon is a rather bland way to end it, combined with the Dark Seed plottwist ruining Digimon Kaiser's character for me).

I am very much lucky, I must say. I live in India and the language here is Hindi. but the broadcasters were intelligent enough to only dub the dialogues and not the songs. Paildoramon, Kyuukyoku Shinka! IMPERIALDRAMON! I know the dub does it all the time, but the one time the original Japanese used the opening for an evolution theme, it works way better. It's definitely the choice of music.
