I have this inverter and I have no problems with the USB. I did release some magic smoke when I was using it on a pizzazz pizza oven. It runs @ 1235w. Now the inverter only outputs about 90 volts. I should make a video of looking at the inside for some burn spots. Nice video!

Yes you definitely should make a video showing and speaking to your experience with this inverter. Now you have me thinking of taking my video down. 90V is not good.

@@Roll2Videos I wouldn't. I might have a bum inverter to begin with. I still use it even though it doesn't run at full voltage! I just need to do some further inspecting.

I bought one of these in May and it has worked well, running a full-size Maytag washing machine 2-3 times a week out back behind the shop. Walked out and looked at the USBs and they appear to be normal, but likely will never get used.

I like your review style. I almost bought that inverter. I ended up buying the ampeak 1200W sine wave inverter instead because of the info display. If possible, can you test/review the ampeak inverter? Also compare the size to this one. You can contact ampeak on their website & ask for Amazon discount code for review. It's hard to find any that do. Most of them are made to run at 230V for European, Asian, African etc markets. They half the voltage to sell on the North American market.

Small inverters like this concern me,bought a 1000 watt inverter from aliexpress.when I recieved it found out it was actually a 450 watt inverter with a 1000 watt sticker slapped on it.

OMG really! But AliExpress is like the wild west of online shopping, You never know what you're going to get lol. I've ordered some 25Ah and 30Ah LifePO4 cells from 2 different sellers in the hopes one order makes it. I want to build a lithium ice fishing battery box 2.0 😁

Build quality that bad makes it a fire hazard. Built like a 49-dollar invertor.
