If you go on holiday to Bali, don't be surprised because the majority there are Hindu,, but don't worry Indonesia is full of religious tolerance. If as a Muslim, going to the island of Lombok is the right choice because Lombok is nicknamed the city of 1000 mosques, and the good thing is that Bali and Lombok are just next to each other bro.

Assalamu'alaikum my Brother ... There are so many beautiful places in our country, because Indonesia has thousand islands with it's own culture, tradition, language, and religion (Indonesia has 5 beliefs/religions recognized by the government: Islam, Christianity, Catholicism, Hinduism, & Buddhism) ... Alhamdulillah, the biggest population is Moslem, and we can live peacefull here. The Indonesian archipelago spreads from East (Irian island, exactly in Merauke) to West (Sumatra island, in Sabang), and North (Weh island) to South (Roti/ Rote island). Each island is divided into several provinces with several cities in them, including the center city in each part (for example: Java is divided into 3, namely East, Central, & West) with the city centers being Surabaya (East Java), Semarang (Central Java), & Bandung ( West Java). And there is one special region for the Central Java, Yogyakarta (DIY - Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta) which is led by the King (Sri Sultan Hamengkubuwono X). Apart from that, there is another special region in Aceh, Sumatra (DIA - Daerah Istimewa Aceh), which the main religion is Islam. The capital of Indonesia is located in West Java, namely DKI Jakarta. Indonesia is also flanked by 2 oceans, the Indian Ocean in the South, & the Pacific Ocean in the North. This is what makes Indonesia have many very beautiful beaches. Each island surrounded by sea, as well as being Indonesia's border with other countries, there are only 2 areas that have land borders with neighboring countries (Malaysia in Kalimantan/ Borneo & Papua Nu Ginea in Irian Jaya/Papua). For long distance travel or between islands, there are many choices of modes of transportation, both land (train, bus), sea (ship, boat) and air (airplane), but not all islands have all of them, for example only big cities have airports on every island that has it (Java, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Papua), apart from that we can also use ships. If you only want to spend time at commonly visited tourist attractions such as beaches spread across the mainland, you only need to rent a motorbike to go to these places. However, Bali also has islands that are separate from the main island, such as Nusa Penida (the location where Alffy and his band performed in Wonderland Indonesia 2, and is also famous for one of the beach spots with unique rock formations that you have seen in the Wonderland Indonesia 2024 video), Nusa Lembongan, Nusa Ceningan. To reach these islands, you have to take a boat. It's a bit far from the main island, but believe me, it's worth it, especially if you crave tranquility and a more natural atmosphere with views that are pleasing to the eye. My advice, spend there at least 2 or 3 days (or however many days you want depending on your time allocation) before returning to the mainland.

Just an advice from local if you going to visit Bali, try avoid visit Kuta, Ubud. They famous among tourism but it's too crowded and the real Bali is not there try to visit more remote area like Karangasem, Tabanan, where you can see how Bali really is.
