as far as Pizza, if you want a from scratch base next time use only Greek yogurt and self rising flour. mix that together, then make what ever size base you prefer. you do not have to let it sit for X amount of time. just use it right away. if you have any left over par bake it then stick it in the freezer for later. i worked at a restaurant that did this all the time for pizzas. :)
