If your ulcers bad try putting 2 tablespoons of salt into 1/2 a cup of warm water and hold a bit of the mouthrinse in the part of your mouth where the ulcer is for however long you can take it then spit out into a sink (it will sting but that means it's working) and repeat it until you've finished the whole thing (works for me)
