Hi Alfie, I was donating blood the other day and I thought I've never seen any of the social media influencers I follow donating blood. Of course not everyone is eligible to give blood but if you are I'd love if you donated and could show it on your vlogs or encourage a friend who is eligible to donate and document their process. I find it less painful than getting an injection, the phlebotomists are very skilled I've only ever had a slight bruise. Only 4% of eligible donors give blood and many of those who do are over 40 so it's important more young donors donate blood.

Thanks to Alfie I managed to get a job today!! I had the interview this afternoon and was very nervous and anxious about it, but I had to think about how Alfie always stays positive and motivates us, so I took a minute to relax and managed to stay calm and convinced the interviewers! I'm incredibly happy :) thank you Alfie for everything you do

So I used to work in a community pharmacy and there were a lot of elderly people who came in and that was there only contact with people, that broke my heart so I now ring them all everyday hahaha even just for 10 minutes. Anyways a few of them have started watching your vlogs and they said it was really helping them feel less lonely. 😁
