Awesome, behind the scenes and setup preparation. :) I would like to ask what specific material you used for the walls and floors?Is this the same material you used for the billboard where its foam sandwhiched in 2 paper/board covers? I have used that one before (the thinner one you used for the billboard) but would like to ask if the thick walls is just the same prop and only different thickness? Thanks!

That is pretty awesome! I'm actually working on a TMNT dio right now. Quick question, which kind of blade do you use to cut through the styrofoam for the doors and sewer lid? The blade I use never cuts smooth like your dio. It always becomes rough. So I'm a bit afraid to cut the circle on the sewer lid because it might not cut smooth or perfectly round. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Farzad ... Thank you Farzad, I appreciate it. I use a #11 xacto blade. Foam board dulls them pretty quick so if you're getting resistance, you gotta put on a new blade.

Great dio! After drawing the guidelines, when you cut out a door or window, do you just eyeball it or do you have some sort of rig to make sure you're cutting everything square? Also, what are those joints connecting to the straws?

spurnd ... Thank you sir... I place a metal ruler and use that as a guide by sliding blade by the ruler. The joints are part of a "do it yourself' straw set that can be found at dollar stores.
