Yep, I've got all the episodes after this one except for episode 33, and I'll continue posting them here when I can :) No problem ^^ Thought it was about time one should be able to watch this online in English, even if this isn't the best quality.

I never figured out is he a octopus or a jellyfish... OR a cross breed of both....

In the German version, he is officially a jellyfish, but some characters also called him an octopus in his first episodes.

It is fun how morals change.

What?

@@saagabragi6938 I guess that deserves some elaboration. In the cartoons of the 30'ies and 40'ies conformity was the great moral leson of cartoons. like in The Flying Mouse from 1934, today the morals in cartoons have changed to be the opposite. As for this cartoon it is 4 years since I wrote that comment, at a time where the west had just experienced the migrant crisis and a huge debate in regards to integration and migration, In that light Alfred seems like an advocate for open boarders and cultural relativism, in a world where such philosophies were starting to wear out in the harsh light of reality. Alfred dealt with many of the issues of his time, the 80'ies such as the cold war, disease, migration and apartheid in South Africa always with humanist/liberal/globalist solutions, but in our time the brilliance of those solutions have started to crack.

@@Sohave So considering you consider conformity to be a "great moral leson", what do you propose as an alternate solution? What exactly is wrong with humanist/liberal/globalist solutions to human problems?

@@JSmusiqalthinka I don't think much god of conformity, it was just the predominant lesson of the time, hence "great moral leson" on the contrary we could do with a little non conformity in these times. Humanism and liberalism is initially good because it is democratic ideologies so as that it should be able to be controlled by the people should it go against their desires. Sadly many leaders who claim to adhere to that philosophy has forgotten that aspect when the tides turns against their favor, such as Macron of France who have banned several demonstrations, as well as the banning of the peaceful political organisation Génération Identitaire, and overall enforcment of vaccine policies. In its resistance to its oposition it has become totalitarian. Globalism on the other hand is pure garbage without any redeeming qualities. Not to be confused with "Globalization", which is merly the ability to trade, communicate and travel globaly. Globalism is the eradication of culture, boarders and tradition in favor of a bland global utopia that cant exist because most cultures wont cave in and a few just use its pretext to dominate others. When Alfred was being made the white dominated apartheid South Africa was pure evil and migration to the rich west for all the poor and downtrodden seemed like a viable solution, fast forward 30 years: Whites are being murdered in South Africa by racist black gangs with support from those we considered the good guys back then, namley the ANC. And also in Europe 40 years of third world migration has burdened both our culture and taxpayers to near Breaking point, including things like home grown extremists, dominance crimes, grooming gangs and the occasional indiscriminate terror attack against the native Europeans and the whole demographic has already permanently and irreversibly affected our population and its cohesion for the worse, as well as threatens to become the majority in what was once our nations if projections don't change.
