Such a noble, heartfelt poem! At first I was distracted by the "Ring out: Ring in" structure; the repetition didn't seem necessary. But then I began to like it: "Yes, Tennyson, what more shall we ring out? What more shall we ring in?" Poignant.

The author Laurie McBain wrote a novel called "Wild Bells to the Wild Sky", and I thought that title sounded so clever; now I know she borrowed from Tennyson.
