It's a midi file and no one would ever actually try adding raw emotion in a song that's entirely digitally recorded.

If y'all are wondering why it's so bland, it's probably cause this was created digitally, meaning it's a midi file. They're used to give the score writer (and sometimes conductor) an idea of how the piece goes while also leaving most of it up to interpretation. So yes, it's not very exciting, but that's kind of the point of these. If you were to listen to one actually practiced and played by an irl band, it would be much more energetic.
