No weght loss. Actually when older you pee more and if any inflamation it may drive you up at night 2-5 times.

Not inmy experience, but be carefully about alcohol , the mix will kill you. And when starting again lie down for a few hours and start in the evening, your blood pressure may go down and you may feel really bad.
