Hi Kevin, I am new to your channel. Love it.If you had continued walking on from Praia da Rocha, it is a lovely walk to Praia Da Vau.Lovely place to visit for a day out if staying in Praia da Rocha. Also the Celt bar in Rocha, live music also worth a visit.

If you ever go back I’d highly recommend a day trip to Carvoeiro lovely old fishing town. Plenty of Dolphins as well as the occasional Whale

Tbh, always ruled Algarve out !! Due to one main reason...I.e. it's the Atlantic sea. But must admit you've got me intrigued with your vlogs and I noticed on all your Vlogs how calm the sea was !!!! Plus, really liked the eateries..Tavernas. Thus I do hope to go there at least one time in the next 5 years..and like you say May or June would be ideal. Thanks for showing.

Thanks for your advice Kevin 👍👌I love Albufeira, stayed in the Sol Aqua apartments, they were great, quiet but close enough for the night life if that's what you like, the wee train is just up the hill on the main road beside the shopping centre, takes you to the old town and beach. Heyas Kev.I.N having never been to Portugal the series hasn't made me want to switch from Spain. I think alberfura would be the only place that grabbed my attention and maybe Lisbon too. We have been holidaying in Portugal for years its a lovely place but this idiot seem To make it look not very good that's because he was staying in very cheap hotels so what did he expect all this guy seems to be concerned with is money there are great resorts and amazing hotels and Bars and restaurants all over the Algarve please don't listen to this guy like anywhere you get what you pay for so what did the idiot expect

I'm in the Algarve at present, I watched your videos and checked out Praia de Rocha today. I'm staying in Portimao, I didn't like Praia de Rocha, too touristy, Portimao is better imho. I've been to Albufeira for 6 nights, 1 night in Silves and currently in Portimao for 3 nights then back to Faro 1 night. I visited Faro in February this year, I like the place, it's a working town like Portimao.

I got offered coke and weed 3 times along the Praia de rocha strip today, must have the bucket hat and white shades that attracted them to me 🤣

Where did you stay because I have been going to the Algarve for many years there are amazing places with amazing people so can't see why you didn't like the Algarve Go and stay in overcrowded Spain and especially benidorm with its overcrowded beaches Algarve has Probably the best beach in Europe that being praia da rocha beach but the Algarve has some of the best beaches in the world let alone Europe Can't see what you didn't like about the Algarve

Albufeira old town has lots of bars and restaurants check out my Portugal videos you can judge, I would only go to Albufeira in Portugal other places arent as busy. I really like both of these options for bars.
