@@sjiaosasjsoiad4525 it is an educational video... i dont think someone would openly share his/her trading (profitable) bot just like that... one thing is knowing how to program a bot, another thing is that the fucker is profitable which i strongly believe is not... first, you would personally need to be profitable enough at trading yourself after that you would need a high enough skill to program a bot that can do your strat, which probably wont, because trading is not about just buying and selling sht... theres a lot of human decitions when trading that, i would hardly believe someone could actually program it... anyways... im just here to learn how to do stuff with python so i can go an automate some other things that are actually automatizable... have a good one

Thanks for the tutorial! Keen to get through this series. I'm getting stuck at 7:43 When I run the script the plotly chart won't open in a new browser. I've tried changing my default browser from Brave, Chrome and Edge, and I've tried "fig.write_html" as well, but those didn't work. Are there any other things I should check that could be preventing plotly from opening the candlestick chart?

It seems like you wrote `seld.df` at line 11 of TradingModel.py instead of `self.df`! Alternatively I would suggest getting the code directly from Github and trying to run that. Join us in discord or telegram (links in the description), somebody might help you there!

Are there fees in using the API or Binance in general?

Mika R. Yes Binance has fees - sub 0.5% per trade I believe but check it. Trading through the API incurs the same fees as through the exchange

Thanks! It's because the getData() function is called twice, once inside the constructor (model = TradingModel(symbol)) and once underneath (model.getData()). My bad :)

Hello, there is something i dont understand. Is there a delay when Data is getting released to the API? because if i translate the time from a 1min candlestick into readable time, there usually is a delay from the latest Datarow to the actual time of around 30 min
