Well, considering the state of TSM in the last split, I definitely think that they have improved for the better. Team falcons is a 3 stack of the strongest players in Apex, so considering they don’t have Hal, I think they have absolutely surpassed themselves. Well done boys 👏🏻

I would argue that Hals impact on TSMs is slightly exeggarated. Especially Day 1 TSM was really down and had to find themselves. Now they are up 2nd with LG and SSG. Verhulst and Jordan are great as ever and honestly i expected nothing less from TSM. Falcons are basically a slightly better version of DZ. They have more points, but are as constant in their results as ever. They are currently the best team, without a doubt, but you can see what Sikezz added to DZ. Look at LG - never been better with this new addition. So i feel the "remains" of TSM and Sikezz dont get the love and respect they deserve. So, i wouldnt call it that they surpassed themselves - no, they did exactly what they are capable of from the beginning.

One question on the POI draft. Can teams still contest? Or is it more specific because they all have separate drop ships now.

Teams can contest at some poi’s like siphon or climatizer and I’m not sure about other poi’s

They can contest as long as their fly path permits it, so its super rare. you wont see random contests on spawn like before, rather a team close grabbing few guns and rushing for an early fight

Anyway, there is no doubt that Gen is ONE of the best, but i dont see why it is weird that one of the most prolific pro players since years should not be able to win a 1vs1 against Gen? (Or why it should look weird if he does) I mean, it is quite obvious that TSM was not just HAL and that DZ lost a lot with Sikezz (look at LG now).
