ولكن هناك نقطة الى الآن لا أفهمها في مسألة حد الزنا ولم تتكلم عنها سيدي الحبيب، لماذا يشهد عذابهما طائفة من المؤمنين؟ أليس هذه فضيحة لهم قد تجعل حياتهم في أسوأ الاوضاع بل تؤدي لهم الى الانتحار بعدما يشهد الناس عذابهما ويعلمان انهما زانيان؟ اتمنى اجابة على هذا السؤال لانه من اكثر ما حيرني في الامر وشكرا.

So for the the infamous talion's law to be implemented in Islam there must be some conditions to be respected first like the 4 eye witnesses. Right ? But then, what if someone steals or kills in private and only after some months the police finds the guilty thanks to the dna or fingerprints ? Can this new method replace the 4 eye-witnesses, and will in this case the guilty be executed or cut his hand if the family's victim doesn't forgive ? PLEASE ANSWER

As far as I know, hudud can only be implemented as per strict conditions laid down in Sharia. If due to circumstansive evidence like DNA fingerprinting etc a person is proved to have committed theft, then Ta’azir is given on which state has full discretion.
