Kokomi needs the em since she triggers the blooms Nilou just needs hp for the blooms because of her kit Nahida is just dendro (by which i mean her em doesnt effect the bloom, dk if her kit affects it though, i dont rly know what she does lol)

nilou’s bloom is triggered by her hydro aura, and it scales off of HP, so that’s probably why you’re confused about a nilou full HP build but non-leveled talents, it’s nilou who turns regular bloom cores into bountiful ones, so the damage comes from her HP even she off field.

Ok here the real guide, bloom damage is calculated by em and Character level, nilou gives a buff based on her max hp so for full bloom damage, max nilous hp and max the em of the dendro char, if you play with yaoyao then her hm, if your only dendro char is nahida then play her onfield so she triggers the bloom
