Nice Job Egaba Alake. This Alade is very talented !.. May God grant Alh Agba Aljanat fridous And bless him for creating Fuji. K1 needs to clear up the misconceptions created about creation of Fuji... The public is misunderstanding this and giving K1 knocks on every blog and media space. As this is affecting his brand , you may not see it now but he needs to act fast... He needs to wash himself up and stay away from from such controversy.. There were many traditional ,, native and (Were) islamic musician from inception of Yoruba race. But Barrister was the first Artist to call his own genre of music FUJI..All the Fuji artist need to embrace peace for the advancement of their genre .. Our new Hip hop artist are coming to take lines from Fuji music to make mega hits and fortune.( Olamide ..Wikid - pakurumo, Reminis... Wande cole.. Miz kiss etc) . But the Fuji artist are busy creating controversies.. They need peace !!! Let us all come together to celebrate Barrister every year just like Fela is celebrated yearly.@victola @Egba Alake.. K1 too will be celebrated when he grow Old too. ...So that the glory Of Fuji Music can continue to Shine on.

I remember this man Tajudeen Alade he came to our street to play then that was Eighties (80s) at Ikorodu, we later had a rumor he's going out with Barrister wife ever since then we doesn't hear about him till date.

On dat very day he saw a lady he's planning to marry with one of Barry's big spender, he challenged d lady to d extent d man who brought her discovered & it nearly resulted into chaos, but according to how my uncle relate d story to me that year, can't just remember again, either 1983/84... He said Barry interfere & settled everything, but by d time this man came to dance & spray Barry , d way this man was rough handling d Lady got Taju infuriated & slapped d Lady, Instantly Barry ordered his boys to beat up Taju... He was beaten blue & black... D following day. Barry ordered his parkers to go & bring back all d musical Instruments he gave to Taju on d day of his freedom back to his fold.... Taju continue begging but Hadji Agba turned deaf ears, that's d genesis of his problem...... I asked a Fuji Musician.... My friend, based in Ibadan but he was in New York for a playing tour about Taju Alade, he said he's dead.... Even his death was mysterious....... I can't just explain i wept bitterly for him..... May d Almighty Allah grant him Jannat...... Allahumo Amin

Someone amongst the sixty-seven commenters here said Alh tajudeen is no more, I don't know how authentic the information is, I remember during burial ceremony of Alhaja Sifau Odee in 2001 he was among the Fuji musicians present according to K1 when he was appreciating who is who that graced the occasion.

I think it should be 1983, after they released IJO OLOMO by SAB, ... The freedom party was held @ U.I Ibadan... Wasiu released his own record in 1981 not 80 as he claimed..

That being said, Wasiu Ayinde is a better artiste in terms of album recording. Alade is good a vocalist no doubt but he’s sings one way traffic. One rhythm all through. No drum arrangement and change of progression. There is more to making hitting albums than a good voice
