Abusive language and rivalry between music rivals among traditional musicians makes their music ticks, then they have followers as fans and admirers - This musician, Alhaji Tatalo Alamu had a hot rival in Amuda Agboluaje, a former disciple of his that broke away to form his own band. Both of them were from and based in Ibadan and have died years ago.

The rivalry in Yoruba music many times often fuels competitiveness and excellence. I do hold a rare opinion that TATALO might have influenced the emergence of Talazo style of fuji. Thanks for the comments.
