Im not religious person but bless this mans soul. I was dying of covid 2yrs ago in intensive care, told i was going to die but I was determined to survive and do something. I was given a second chance, my lungs began to work properly. I'm trying to have a goal, plan and a purpose. I have been recently afraid to do something that would better my life and the lives of others but I sometimes have such a deep self sabotage problem (largely due to past abuse impacting my self worth now). *Ali has reminded me of where I was 2yrs ago, he has reminded me to stay focused and just go for it anyway, whilst im here! @andrew traynor, Doing good deeds (brings goodness) to others are the highest virtues after worshipping GOD. and that's a quality that every human should have. And I believe it would be a welcome to the family and friends, I found Ali message (reminder to us) is indeed to heavy to do. But imagining myself in his place made me think a lot. This brother is one of the reasons I converted to Islam. The love he had towards Allah, was so beautiful, i couldnt believe a life without God anymore. So i started reading and investigating the Islam and this year the last friday before the lockdown in my country I had the privilege te do the Shahada. And still how sad it is this brother died, Im thankfull to our Almighty that he sent this brother to me. Hearing the words that the cancer was a gift, made me realise that my health problems arent that worse and im blessed i have had the chance to convert to Islam. So I hope instead of only sadness ppl will remember how much good things had happend because of this awful situation. I wish the family and friends the strength they need, but i truly believe Allah had a greater plan for this brother. I hope i didny insult anyone,my english isnt that good. I only wanna spread love and open eyes to those who stillare searching. Allah is the only one.
