@@a12martinez23 it matters because if it's surrogacy it's female explotation, it's putting a woman in a 9 months process with biological, chemical, psychological changes and distress and the months after that just to have a child handed out. Like buying a product in a supermarket. It's inhumane, even if you don't pay for it which in most cases they do (most people that opt for surrogacy have the money for it) it doesn't change the fact that it's unethical and wrong.

Being honest and maintaining open communication with them is key. These women know that their child will need to learn about her culture and they have a multi hued extended family who will help them with their journey.

I was adopted and I am Asian well my parents and siblings are white. Yes it is sometime challenging and people do state or make ignorant comments but everyone faces different unique challenges and my family loves and supports me in everything. We do not know exactly how Sloane came to them and it’s not our place. She seems happy and most people are fast to judge
