Pretty sure Ali A was being polite in excusing the players, by saying they had bad internet and so they chose to use a VPN. But you don't use a VPN because you have bad internet. Those people were excellent players and already were famous, so no way any of them had bad internet. They were cheating. Just don't use Zen or aimbot or add anything to your system and you should be ok. If your internet is bad, you might get kicked from the rest of the game once in a great while, But that's all. They were all doing something physical against terms of service.
