Hi all and welcome back to another video with the chinese excavator digging out a customer bank side for a car parking spot.
I aint going too much into detail in the description but just sit back and watch the video.
The chinese mini digger is working great not thanks to me and i made it do some fairly extreme movements with the machine that it is not really designed to do so.
Anything extra you guys would like to know then just hit me up in the comments or email me at nick.garton@hotmail.com
Thank you for watching everyone

Jerry, there were times I thought the job was either not get done or the machine would tip over. But I stuck to my experience and my numb head and battled on. It did great and I was super happy once I'd finished it. Even the customer said to me, I can't believe that little machine did all that. In my mind I was kind of the same. Have you much work on your spot for a mini ex ? Since coming out of lockdown there has been loads coming through on marketplace. Thank you as ever buddy, your a great supporter 👍

Hey buddy and thank you for commenting. Regarding hours on the machine, i think it is on only about 200 hours. Why don't you have teeth. Need a ripper tooth for roots.
@everydaywithmenick
@everydaywithmenick Жыл бұрын
Hey and thank you for commenting 👍 I left the teeth off because of uncertainty of what was underneath the ground to be excavated. There was rumoured a pipe but fortunately I didn't find nor hit one. Yes whilst excavating the tree and roots the teeth on or even a Ripper tooth would help but I wasn't messing on anymore than I needed to 😆

Those stone walls and buildings are lovely. You blokes have got some beaut rural architecture over there in Pomgolia. The little digger did well and it just goes to show that even though they are a bit small they'll still do most things asked of them. Do you find it more comfortable to operate with the levers re-orientated more towards you? On my 1.2 tonner I used an oxy to heat and bend my sticks so that they lean towards me allowing me to sit back in my seat when digging, best thing I did on my machine since it allows me to make more precise movements of the sticks now that I'm in a relaxed position rather than having to lean forwards all the time.
@everydaywithmenick
@everydaywithmenick Жыл бұрын
Hey Dave 👋 thank you. Yes the country side all over the UK is laden with sandstone built walls and buildings. Even the boundaries between the fields are all built using dry stone wall techniques. The controls are slightly better being turned. The controls are uncomfortable for a full day's operation on the machine I must admit. The only problem I have sometimes is that I knock the tracking levers with certain movements and the tracks can me turning without my knowledge. So yeah, next machine I get will have pilot controls for sure 🤣 Thank you for commenting buddy 👍
@davejaguar6532
@davejaguar6532 Жыл бұрын
@@everydaywithmenick Yeah that's why I heat bent my sticks rearward rather than turning them (which I did try first), I wanted to make sure I didn't hit the travel levers with them or bang my hands together when hard curl and fast slew right at the same time (rare as that combo is). Heat bending steel tube is a slow and delicate process but on mine it was well worth it.
@everydaywithmenick
@everydaywithmenick Жыл бұрын
@davejaguar6532 thanks bud, I think I may have to put them back in their original position and heat bend mine as to a comfortable position also. Thank you for your advice buddy 👍
