One of the best places in La Mata. A very good offer. This wil not stay long on your channel. The price is so so .. Ok ... I think around 55.000 EU minimum needed. New kitchen 10.000, plus bath and Wc extra minimum 7 to 9.000 all wall out and do work plus wast out, new flooring, doors, windows,paintings,back terrace closing, 20.000, plus a/c for summer and winter in all rooms around 3000, front terrace closing 2000, plus what is very important in summer a parking space around 4 to 8.000, new furniture all rest rooms etc. 2 to 5.000 Now we have a great home. I like your presentation because you really show the potential. I got itchy hands now and want to get a fixer upper. How easy/hard it is to hire professional contractor to renovate for someone who is foreigner? My main worry would be that contractor can take advantage especially if you do not leave there and cannot check in all the time.

Unfortunately all those with British passports can now only stay for a max of 90 days at a time so purchases of foreign holiday homes is less appealing.
