Alice and the Mad Hatter Have NEVER DONE THIS? CRAZY Tea Party Meet and Greet at Disneyland

Hi everyone! This character meet and greet video was taken at Disneyland in California in late June 2024. Here, I run into Alice in Wonderland and the Mad Hatter and I ask them about something that they have never done before together at Disneyland. Their answers are hilarious and not at all what I expected. They also go all around Fantasyland, running around in circles and causing craziness wherever they go. Soon after, they start their very own mad tea party and invite guests to join in. It was so much fun and so magical to be a part of it!

Alice is such a cutie, especially when she curtsies, and has such a glowing smile on her adorable face, and she has the cutest accent, and the Mad Hatter is really funny and silly, especially with the legendary Ed Wynn voicing him.

According to some, in the original book, the character of the Mad Hatter was based on the occurrence of hatters who, after using too much mercury in the fabrication of hats, ended up with psychological problems due to inhalation of mercury fumes. Other sources have it that he's based on an eccentric acquaintance of Lewis Carroll, Theophilus Carter, who has often nicknamed the Mad Hatter because of his strange habit to stand for hours in front of his furniture shop, wearing a top hat. He might also simply have been based on the expression "as mad as a hatter", which according to linguists, does predate the publishing of Lewis Carroll's book.

Happy early 4th of July! WOW, I didn’t know that it’s national Alice in Wonderland Day tomorrow, such perfect timing for this video! 😄

@@skywalkerpanyt yeah, there is. It celebrates when Lewis Carroll first developed and told the story of "Alice's Adventures In Wonderland" during a boating trip on the 4th of July in 1862. He had told it to a girl he knew called Alice Liddell (whose name inspired the character), who then requested that he write it down for her. So he did so in his own manuscript, originally titled "Alice's Adventures Under Ground" in 1864. And then a year later, he expanded it and retitled it as "Alice's Adventures In Wonderland", and you should know the rest. I have read both versions of the original story.
