it actually sounds similar to the backing track and a lot of the live recordings have the backing track for harmonization and timing but i actually can't hear the recorded vocals at all in this video. i would know bc i listen to her music A LOT. often in videos taken with shitty phones instead of actual recording devices that can record despite all the different noises of a live show, you might either mostly hear the crowd or mostly hear the backing track if the person is close to that specific speaker. but these are actually her live vocals, though it's not a great recording. i can only barely hear the backing track. there are a lot of live videos though where the person's phone only records the backing track for some reason. but there are so many videos of her performing live that accusing her of lip syncing is just cringe at this point. idk why people would listen to a recording by a shitty smartphone and assume that is what it actually sounds like. i have been to several of her shows live. it is just silly and ppl need to chill.
