Guo's acquisition of the abovementioned visa is not a product of corruption nor by any ill means of the likes. It was rightfully acquired through the sheer technicalities of visa issuances to dependents.

Why deport? She must be sentenced to life imprisonment here in the Philippines with no bail since she said she's a "Filipino". She committed a crime here she should be punished here. Let the Philippines justice system convict her. Deporting her means your just letting her go and she will repeat her crimes somewhere else. You're just going to detained her here by deporting her after the sentence.
