The queen COULD be Lizzie because of what the caterpillar says (about the queen being someone you once loved), Alice calls her Lizzie on the train, and Alice says "I was expecting someone else!" when she first sees the queen. She met the queen in the first one, so why would she be surprised to see herself? BUT the queen does look like a young alice (but they're sisters so they could have looked similar or even the same younger) and the art book says it's alice (so ive heard)

It IS Lizzie. Remember in the game when Caterpillar said at the end of Chapter 3 when he told Alice that the Queen has changed and said "She is someone you once knew and loved.", it's her sister, Lizzie. Also, Alice called The Queen, Lizzie on that train. Look in Wikipedia.

Yeah, Lizzie looked older than that too. But some people say it's Lizzie who died at a younger age and it's confusing in a way. Now I finally come to realize that it's the younger Alice. Like on the first Alice game when the Queen took a face of Alice at her present age. Now I remember that Cheshire cat said that the Queen is part of her. So what's left of the Queen is also what's left of Alice's memories on this one.

I believe Anni Long reprised her role as the Red Queen. Jo Whitefield voiced Nan Sharpe. Also it is interesting like Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland that the Queen of Hearts is mistook as the Red Queen. Her castle and Alice's Royal Suit dress proves likewise.

I'm probably going to have a bunch of people calling me an idiot for asking this, but when the Queen says "And there are no centaurs in Oxford..." when Alice confronts her on the train, what does whether or not there are centaurs in Oxford have to do with anything? Was there anything implying that Alice thought there were centaurs in Oxford before? All I know is that a centaur appeared in the opening cutscene, but that's it.

I'm rather getting tired of informing people that the Queen is NOT Lizzie but rather she is the state of mind of Alice which is currently her childhood hence she looks like Young Alice. Get the facts straight (read the artbook and Mcgee's words on his forum). Then again most people don't look for (& verify) facts and rather rely on speculations. Well,in this one ther wasn't exactly a reason why Alice would fight the Red Queen Her enemy was the train/Bumby,so the other characters that in the first game were her enemies (The douchess,the red queen,mad hatter etc.) now try to help her
