ALICE Pack Modifications

Just a few of modifications/additions I made to my medium ALICE pack.

Thanks I have one of the hydration carriers (its OD) and was trying to get it mounted. I will be in the southwest so I need the extra water. Now I know, Thanks again.

The buckle's for my ALICE pack came from Walmart shopping carts in Fayetteville, Sappers forward.

Nice mods. I especially liked your version of the main strap buckles. And No permanent change to the pack if you use other strapping to make the part between the metal buckle and the plastic one.

I had fastex buckles installed on both my packs. And I changed the shoulder straps to the thicker ones. But I still am holding on to the metal clasps and older straps. I’m not tossing them out. Someone may want them.

You got the foam on the handle on the wrong side, it doesn't serve any purpose on the top side.
