It is in reference to the flamingo 🦩. If you see the concept art for this doll, you can see that there are 2 flamingos on both sides of the clock and 2 hedgehogs 🦔 too. The flamingos are easier to see, but the hedgehogs are harder to make out.

Not a huge Disney fan, but some stuff I like. Alice in Wonderland is one. And this doll is so awesome! Since I don't keep up with Disney stuff, I didn't know this doll was releasing. But I would've loved to have her.
