Drums are way too loud. Unbalanced performance. The backup singers are great, but the rest of the band is just far too busy making sounds and are not paying attention to the music. Amateurish, which is a shame because they are all good musicians. Less is more, folks. Listen to the studio recording; that is a minor classic - and far more spare and stark.
