It still terrifies me to realize how close we came to losing him that year. It was a horrible year for him, but until his best friend told how she and her husband were at his house when he admitted that he had thought of committing suicide, I had no idea it was that bad. Many members of the audience cried when he sang this song, and lots of us at home joined them. Your comments about how hard it can be to get out of bed or start to do anything signals that you also suffer from depression to some degree. I think you should watch some more of his intetviews, they are all very interesting and he is definetaly one og the most interesting people I can think of. He portray as an amazing person with a unique mind and way of thinking. I think I know which interview you are talking about, but if you watch other interviews by him I think it will give more sence. He seen very caring for so many, like te has such a big amount of love to give. But, he also needs solitude, he can look himself in for long periods of time, especialy when it comes to producing music.

I really like that you noticed his smile at the end of the song and what you said about feeling that things will be ok in the end. I know which interview you referred to. It is his interview with Lee Jing and it was probably around 2014 or earlier. For his personality, I think he started out as a lonely, introvert person and it was his first time adjusting to living with others when he went to the Super Boy audition process (they all had to live in a dorm then as the competition took months). That is why his friend described him like that on the show back then. He has since changed after he came into contact with the outside world more. People he traveled with later on in two travel shows all seem to genuinely adore him (they are people of different age groups) and even the friend who mentioned his habit in the interview remained one of his close friends till now, so I think he is not simply one-sided as described in that earlier interview. Of course I don't really know him personally, but from his songs and his interviews, I just feel that he is quite a kind, brilliant and confident person. He is such an intriguing person! It is hard to pinpoint exactly how I know, but I can just feel his charm everywhere. You are right that we Martians are so passionate about him. I cannot help myself! Haha! Anyway, please keep reacting to him because he just has so much in store and it totally worths knowing him better!

I genuinely didn't realize that this interview was several years old while watching it, I had no idea he was famous back then too. thank you for informing me, I'll have to check out some of his more recent ones to get more of a vibe of who he is today :) he definitely is an intriguing one, and his charm really draws people in. he has a very unique aura about him that makes you want to know more; I've definitely experienced that with him. I can't wait to see what more he has in store!

@@AliceOnTheInternet He debuted in 2013 from the Super Boy Competition. Unlike other pop singers, he wasn't particularly keen on having a career as a singer, but it is due to fans' love and enthusiasm that he stayed on in the industry. He won the first place in the Super Boy competition since a certain number of people voted for him despite that he was quite dorky and awkward back then (like a diamond in the rough). I doubt it if he will release the other 2 version of the lyrics. This song is very touching and beautiful. ❤️🌹🌹. He kind of grow up by himself so he was not used to living with others. It took him a huge step to live with others under one roof. He grown a lot since 2013. He is very caring person. Back then he doesn’t know how to express but now he knows how.

not completly sure, but from what you described about the interview, it was probably Jing show, and the friend was Zuoli (左立), this was his roommate in the competition superboy which hua hua became famous for winning. hua hua turned the air conditioning to 5 degrees C and said he can only feel himself when it is cold. when zuoli went to hua hua's house, instead of hua hua providing the food (being the host), he even asked zuoli to bring food! watch more interviews of hua hua, he is amazing.

It's so sad. I know exactly what he is going through. He is reaching out through his music. His music is his relationship. His lover. He is like a duck who didn't learn to swim when he was a duckling. The window of learning is now closed. He will never learn now. He is isolated without a path of escape. He is locked inside himself. His only connection to others is through his music. But it is not enough. The loneliness becomes unbearable ...another song written...another attempt to connect.

Not in his case. Normally, depressed people who are still suffering won't be able to share their depression that easily. The fact that he can share it so openly and discuss it in such a calm, happy manner means that he has outgrown it and come out to the light. I have been following him for a while now and this is definitely a brighter moment of him since 2017 or 2018. Like the lyrics of this song, some person has helped him get out of it when the phone call came through. In his recent interview, he actually said that he no longer composes in the dark like how he used to, but composes in broad daylight now (including this song) and gets inspirations from various things in life now. So that is quite a big step forward. I can just sense that!
