I am having really bad osteoarthritis in my right wrist caused by a break in my right scaphoid back in 1987. I now have pain in my carpal, trapezium, scaphoid and radius. So much for playing soccer as a goalkeeper lol. I love your work Prof. Roberts so informative.

So with carpal tunnel decompression for CTS does the retinaculum regrow and if so can you get CTS a second time? Thank you..

I sometimes get some tingling in my little finger and ring finger from carrying heavy shopping bags. I guess they press on the ulnar nerve then?

If you’re looking for your palmaris longus tendon and it’s not there, don’t freak out or join the circus. The muscle/tendon is absent in a small percentage of humans.
