it is called Alicia Online or Alicia story and it did shut down a long time ago it was Korean and the company went bankrupt so an American company just bought it annow you can play the demo

+donlea schwartz 1. They didn't went backrupt. They lost their money on Alicia 2.0 but it failed. 2. MLocale didn't buy Alicia Online, they are just recreating it without any legal agreements from NTreev

It's was called My Horse Story Alicia, however it shut down a while ago, but a few people are trying to remake it so that everyone will be able to play in about 6 months ^^

Sadly there is not fully English version...however you can buy an account for $13.00 at newgameway. com and download a translator for the game. Hope i helped!
