@@luvr. you can't download it from the website? I can link you to the files on my google drive, but is something stopping it from being installed like an antivirus? Because that can be the problem. Also make sure you install your game in a clear route like C:/ Either way, messaging the Facebook page is a better idea because they'll be able to tell what's up, I can't really help you just in the comments either so if you're looking for help from me, I left you the link at my website where you can describe your issue in detail.

@@senpai_tabaki i turned off my antivirus, it still doesnt work i tried contacting em they left me on read. thats some bs lol i gave up

@@luvr. I can help you better on email than my comment section, but let's see... 1. THE FILES Does your PC reject the files in any way? Does any error message pop up? Or do the files get downloaded properly on the PC? Because if you can't physically download them, I can send you an alternate link where you can download them but it can't be through the comment section. If you want give me an email I can send the links to, or go to the "contacts" link, so I can send them through there. 2. INSTALLING If you can properly download the files, execute the "Alicia_setup_008.exe" before anything else. Make sure (and this is very important), to install it in a proper route like the "C:/" drive in your PC. Only after you install the file that says "client". 3. LOG IN Many people don't know this, but you HAVE to create an account in the website before (you can't just use the normal account that says "Alicia" anymore). Then you insert your Username and Password and if it loads, great. If not, then the problem is within the first link that I've shown you (the Startup Issues). If no error message pop up, then press Ctrl + Alt + Delete and the Task Manager will show up. If Alicia is already running, close it, and you should be able to login. If the task manager thing doesn't work, execute "Alicia_setup_008.exe" again. This will reinstall your game and fix the issue.
