I'm so glad I've found you. I've shed (so far) 55 lbs with WW, but I'm at the point of boring myself with what I cook. These recipes will be a game changer. Some of your ingredients might be tricky to get here in Australia but I will do my research and see what I can substitute. Thank you for a great website !!

I know this sounds crazy but I learned this from Kim at A Girl and Her Phone. I went around the kitchen and weighed and measured volume on my crockpot, pans, bowls etc and put them in a spread sheet and it's taped inside the cabinet door. So when I make something I know how much is there. I know OCD but I love it. Everything looks good

That makes me smile. Back when I very first did WW, after having my first baby, I was SO OCD about it. I weighed everything… I just knew every little extra crumb I consumed would cause me to gain!! That was back in the day of eating liver once a week, fish 3 times a week etc. In any case I’ve been back & forth on WW so many times…. I have no clue how many times it’s been, but one of these days I’m going to really buckle down & hopefully lose what I need to.

Alicia, these recipes look fantastic especially the apple cake. I wanted to reach through the screen & get a bite!! You really have some awesome dessert recipes & really having some recipes like that to fall back on, is what makes or breaks someone’s determination. You can’t eliminate all sweets, because if you do eventually you will go completely off the wagon. Thanks for sharing all these WW friendly desserts with us!!

You could mince fresh chili peppers into the pad Thai without changing the calories too much. Or try Gochuchang paste.

Regarding pizza- I wonder if you poured the olive oil over the dough before adding any other ingredients then mix to make sure they are covered, then maybe the dough would not stick to each other when adding other ingredients.

I saw your eggroll in a bowl video. I would love to make it, but I cannot eat cabbage. It kind of destroys my stomach. Any suggestions as to what I can use in place of cabbage?

You could pretty much substitute with any veggie that isn't hard on your stomach that you want. I think broccoli or cauliflower would work, or kale as just a couple examples. Also, you can up the amount of carrots and use less of another veggies as well.

You could but you can also make self rising flour by adding 1 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/4 tsp salt to every cup of flour!
