I suspect they initially had Vegeta's line silent, but kept the mouth movements that i believe were originally there. Then when the episode "finished" they went back and recorded the 9min18sec line, being sure to keep with the lip flaps. The line has different quality compared to all the other lines, as if Lanipator recorded that line in a box or something, possibly even short notice.

I was today years old when I realized 9 minutes 18 seconds was the timestamp of Nappa’s death and not the first 9 minutes and 18 seconds of Vegeta’s life before the king allowed councilman Nappa into the nursery.

Yeah, TFS are a great people and have no issues with anyone reacting to their videos. Ar least as far as I know. Lanipator in particular has been pretty welcoming to reactors, because I've seen him in the comments sections of a number of different people who reacted to DBZA, just being supportive to them.

Well the original manga said more accurately that "You couldn't make the same wish twice" but I think everybody, including the writers, forgot since it was mainly used as a "no infinite revives" trope to begin with.

One thing I really appreciated with the Abridged series Is that TFS tried to find actual reasons for why everyone always .stand around allowing single death matches or allowing enemies to transform or fully power up Better than the actual show did.

I can't remember the details exactly, but iirc if they happen to win the contesting, they get the profits that would otherwise go to the uploader... Again I don't remember if that is still the case, or ever really has been the case. Just that the profit part of it would definitely explain why a 3rd party would be doing this; if KZbin ever let's them get away with it, it's likely a situation of them getting marginal profits with bots, but virtually no punishment at all for unjustly claiming shit. Which... Is profoundly fucked.

One of my FAVORITE memories when this abridged series was initially being released was watching aaaalllllllll the added content videos they put out on the side. Many of them have LONG since been lost to the sands of KZbin time (account take downs, etc.) BUT! There were a collection of videos they did of themselves (at conventions or just even in their homes) engaging in the 'Patty Cake Championships'. Watching Takahata101 (voice of Nappa) with long, shaggy hair and pitch black sunglasses on in an interview as 'The Tak', obvious wrestling parody to The Rock, smack-talking Lanipator while he holds the patty cake championship belt they made and calling him out for a patty cake fight at their next convention. At their next con, Lani, Taka, Kaiser (teamfourstar's editor) AND LITTLEKURIBOH all hit the stage and had a patty cake championship battle at the start of their panel. It was straight up GLORIOUS!!

Screenwavemedia themselves are basically just a company anyone can use to enforce content id and have been around for over a decade. The issue is likely that someone is having their system to claim TFS content as their own. This can either be done maliciously on purpose or very unlikely but could be done accidentally where they uploaded their own reactions for example which could cause the TFS audio to then be flagged.
