At the end when he was drowning (dying) he submitted to God by saying, I believe in the God of Moses (p.b.u.h.) but, Allah s.w.t. rejected his repentance & saved his body from decomposition till the Day of Judgment as a sign for the coming generations. 'So, today, We shall save your body, so that you may become a sign for those after you. And many of the people are heedless of Our signs.' (Yunus 10 : 92) When his body was recovered back in about 18th century in the ocean, a Scientist/ Ph.D. accepted Islam while examining his body. ↓ Maurice Bucaille (1920-1998) • French Medical Doctor • Chief of the Surgical Clinic at the University of Paris.
