This is a “small” story, one driven by character interaction rather than battle and conflict. It is also primarily focused on healing a wounded soul via a quest, which culminated in the rebirth of a warrior spirit and a new family to protect. Very nice.

I do not think "buzzword" means what you think it means. Together is just a word. "Synergy" and "Deep dive" are buzzwords.

Yeah yeah, it's cliched. But if either of you had ever been in that kind of situation you'd know, those "cliches" are what is known as "truisms". Because as cliched as they might be, they also carry an underlying truth. So, quit whining. At least this story wasn't like some that use the terms half a dozen times over and over.
