Please note: this was a first test of our AV equipment (i.e., my iPhone duct-taped to a fencepost and set to record), and we are planning to improve the quality of future recordings, both in terms of video resolution (->HD), illuminating the speaker with a spot light, and potentially audio. Stay tuned!

We confess we miss the very good sound quality of the zoom presentations. We got spoiled by them. Hope you can get support for video and audio improvements. Thank you for all the work you do to astronomy outreach!

Excellent presentation! Give that man a billion dollars to build a Europa Lander! (OK, it'll probably cost more than that...) I had not heard of the possible detection of NaCl on Europa, very encouraging sign that a salty ocean is in contact with the surface. And that robot driving on the underside of the ice, that is just so cool!

Yeah, that under-ice robot was super awesome!

Excellent! Thanks Cameron- this was an order of magnitude above acceptable for a video.😊

Hahahah...it still has a long way to go. I realize it's hard to watch a video when you cannot read the text on the slides because the resolution is too poor. And I know it can be hard to hear when there is a lot of background noise at a bar. I'm working on improving it, but I wanted to get these two talks because the content was so good!

The event takes place monthly in a bar/restaurant. I've had several people request these presentations, so if you want them, then they have to be filmed in a somewhat noisy environment. Those are the breaks.

Challenging audio environments require smart voice recording techniques. You are far from it. Too hard to understand for non native English speakers. Too bad...

Maybe try the 1 hour presentation from UT Planetary Habitability Seminar. Some of the same slides but seems more detailed, naturally since it is twice as long.
