@@808-Stat3 I find it much better flying farther without having weak signal warnings and/or image lagging. I did a test flight sending my EVO2 two miles (don't tell anybody..lol) out to take a video of an oil rig off the coast of Huntington Beach with no problems whereas I had issues with the stock antennas for sure. Here in Bellingham, WA with all the heavy evergreen trees around and above me, my Evo 2 is working great with no signal issues as well. However, the dang birds (hawks, eagles, etc.) scare the crap out of me. So, I don't fly too high unless am over a lake or clear from trees. Also, I have to keep remembering to have the antennas always pointing in the direction of the drone when in flight to keep the signal strong.

The Alien works pretty good in the city (I have an Evo 2 also). I also bought the single omni-directional ones as well, and they work great when I don't want to use the booster. The quick disconnect connections make it easy to swap the antennas. In addition, they're much more durable than the original antennas. Look forward to seeing your videos!
