What is in your opinion the best / most effective Shotgun for extreme/insane to kill high priority targets with?

Hmmm... All but the Auto but man, I LOVE the Medved. I know people consider it a meme gun but you can seriously blast stuff with it. For most cases stick with the Tac. The once and done reload philosophy really helps.

How do I switch out to this shotgun in a demolisher class?

The Demo Kit cannot use CQE Weapons.

All Kits have restrictions. It you be pretty broken if all of them could use all Weapon Types.
