I've tried to like it but Cruciball 15+ and above just isn't the fun you get from Peglin. Too many runs that are decided by luck and many builds are less and less viable. I know people who would say skill issue but tbh it's a "annoying" difficulty for the most part rather than a "challenging" one.

It definitely takes a lot of determination to go all the way, but I do think you're underestimating the game a bit. 15+ requires a different mindset and approach, and with that balance shift, strategy, logistics and cost-benefit balance all become more and more important.

Cruciball 15 is brutal with the enemies getting 2 turns on reload. The two reload relics (enemies don't get their turn on first reload, and immunity to damage on reload) are incredibly powerful once you get to this level.

Candle + Gunpowder is my favorite synergy for relics. You always get 5 bombs on chests, meaning the first chest of every zone gives 2 relics.

Man I love crucibal 15 man. There’s just something about reloading and watching the enemies take 4,382 turns before you get to shoot. If you’re unlucky enough on a reload you can take 40+ damage in act 1 to a fight on one reload. It’s def the hardest ball level. Makes it fun though.

@Aliensrock that's pretty impressive honestly, I feel like once I hit cruciball 10 it would take me like three or four runs each level, and beating 15 on balladin took me atleast 20 tries, but maybe I'm just not great at the game. Unfortunately I feel like the best part of peglin is cruciball7-12 or so, just challenging enough to keep you on your toes, but not so hard that it forces you into super specialized builds. Still, looking forward to more peglin in the future
