I bought this a month a go for $999 on sale, its a game changer! I came from 32 inch gigabyte 4k VA curved panel and I hated that. This is leaps and bounds better!! The text is crisp, the color is unreal and the picture pop is almost as good as my QD Oled 65 inch Samsung s95b. Just not as bright, but hey its a monitor not a tv that's saying something.

Fantastic video! Straight to the point and good chill vibes. Does the monitor have an auto dimming feature when a static image is displayed for a while? My LG OLED TV does this and it gives me a lot more confidence that I won't get burn in on that panel. Could be annoying on a desktop though. If it does have it, is it toggle-able?

Yes, use a PC and not the PS5 if you need customisation or have periphery preferences. Sorry to say but Sony needs you to buy their accessories to really be profitable.

I have the gigabyte m32u right now and it’s perfect for console. 4K, 144hz, IPS. Also have KVM built in if you have multiple systems connected at once. It’s a really nice monitor and the price is a lot lower now than when I bought it a year ago. They have a 27” model as well but if you want 4K I’d go with the 32”.

2:10 please dont BS, sun won't be 1000 nits. In that kind of typical scenario on PEAK 1000 nit mode it will reach about 300-400nits. 1000nits are for 1% white on screen, overall real scenario is 25-50% white.

I had this monitor but I returned it because of the curve. Outside of that, I absolutely loved it. And now I have the Asus PG32UCDM model instead. If you are okay with the curve or whichever you can find, I highly recommend getting one of these as well.

What about 3.5mm absence? And why curve was the reason? Does it disrupt the image from different view angle? I can literally get this monitor right now NEW for as low as $520, but somehow I think that PG32UCDM is a much better option.

Ok...silly question perhaps but... I need a new monitor now, old one is craping out on me. I really like this monitor but know that my 6 year old desktop will need to be replaced as well in order to fully appreciate all this monitor can do. That said, would my current GTX 1080 gpu be able to run this monitor at at lower settings for a few months until I can use my tax refund to buy a more appropriate rig?

fuck.... i just bought this thing, and what you said threw me back a few years ago, when i first tried to go to 32in 1440p, i did not like it because i had to move my head around too much to see mini maps etc on fps games.... so likely thats what ill think now and end up returning this. Will have to wait for 27in 4k oleds next year.

I’m sorry but no Alienware not a touch brand. Don’t trust dell and it’s just not reliable enough. I have seen too many Alienware monitors returned in retail so I’m jaded. Way higher failure rate than other brands.
