I use a stuffed animal the same way. It is a wonderful pain relief! I was close to needing surgery on both wrists, but doing this has totally done away with my CT! 😍

I have GuineaPigAgility.com if you have not see it. The first Guinea Pig I ever had I brought home on Horseback, as a teenager. Very soon after I had four. That sweet thing came home pregnant.
