I have a dream of living in abundance to be able to care for my parents and myself. But I have a huge blockage of worrying about how. I don't know how my dream can come true, because I don't have a stable income, and am struggling to pay off my student loan. My college degree is pretty much useless since I can't find a job in this field. I'm ashame of myself for not doing enough, not earning enough, not trying hard enough, not having a healthy enough body to take on more work. I'm honestly at a loss right now.

I totally get where you're coming from, and I want you to know, there is no reason to be ashamed of yourself. It is beautiful you want to take care of your parents, but it seems to me like you have a big load of expectations on your shoulders, plus that student loan. It is like this big mountain and one doesn´t know where to start. Please know, you are not alone and there is nothing wrong with you. Even if you think your degree is useless, it still shows determination and ability to learn. If there were more jobs in that field you studied, you would be not feeling like it is useless. It is not your fault, that there is no jobs in that field. Do not talk down on all the hard work it took to get to college and to get that degree. You need to start respecting and loving yourself, otherwise it will be really hard to "climb that mountain" and reach your goals. Maybe you can start and listen to self-worth affirmations every morning and listen to some audio-books on self-development before you sleep, to get you on a good mindset. Once you have a stronger mindset, you will see possibilities and opportunities forming infront of you. I hope this helps a bit, if you want some motivation , you can write anytime :)
